Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? TOP

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal.
Do you accept money orders or personal checks? TOP
- We do not accept money orders. E check payments can be made through Paypal. Please note that all E checks MUST clear before your items will be shipped.
What carrier will be used to deliver my items? TOP
- We currently use the United States Postal Service. All items are shipped out Priority mail.
What are you shipping fees? TOP
- Our standard shipping fee for one maternity top is $6.00 and $1.00 for each additional maternity. Pants, jeans, dresses, capri's, shorts and diaper bags are slightly higher.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? TOP
- Yes! We do ship to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order? TOP
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation Number. This is not a tracking number and cannot track your order. A Delivery Confirmation Number is only to confirm that shipment has been made.
Insurance and Missing Packages TOP
- We do not insure your package. We do however offer you the option to purchase the insurance. The insurance rates are based on the cost of the order. If your package does not arrive to you within the proper timeframe and the USPS confirms that a delivery was not made, please contact our customer service department. If USPS confirms delivery and receipt, divinedesignsmaternityboutique.com cannot be held responsible for the item.
Can I return my order? TOP
- If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it or exchange it for another item. All returns must be returned in the exact condition you received it in with all tags attached, unworn and free of any stains and perfumes. All returns & exchanges must arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received it. All returns will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. We do not refund any shipping fees. We strongly recommend insurance and a tracking number or delivery confirmation number when returning your item. Divinedesignsmaternityboutique is not responsible for returns which may become lost during shipment. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or item? You will be charged the shipping fee.
